What will happen to HSMP now

Hallo,

I am on my first extension on HSMP for 3 years as I applied for extension before the new ILR of 5 years rule came in. With the tier system coming in, what would happen to people like me. Will I need to just apply for extension on FLR(IED) or do the entire application process under tier 1 first showing the proof of points and then the extension?
