EEA Family Permit, extended family member "Nephew"

The query is regarding the EEA, Family Permit for Extended family member, nephew.

My aunt is a citizen in the UK, and she's been living there for over 28 years now, her sons are citizens as well, and i was wondering whether i would be able to claim the EEA family permit.

I understand that i'll have to be a dependent on her, that's no problem, but do i have to stay over at her place??

Will i be able to work? And Study as well? Move around and visit my family in other EU countries in weekends and so? Or would i have to stay within the UK Boarders.

One last thing, i'm twenty years of age, turning twenty one this year, do i have to do anything before or after that happens?

She also has the Egyptian Nationality, such as myself, And she was working and now she's retired, Living on her savings.

Currently she's here at Egypt with us, and she's going back within the next couple of weeks, can she help with anything?

And my cousins are English Citizens, and have already worked in a different EU state, i thought i should go for the mother first, as she's more stable, while their lifestyle is a bit hectic.

If your aunt is British and living in the UK, then she is not eligible under the EEA regulations.

In what case would she be eligible then? If she's an Egyptian Citizen residing in the UK?

Egypt is not part of the EEA.
