already married to UK citizen female

hi,
I have registered my marriage to Islamic center in UK and did marriage party in UK as well 2 months ago. Now i need to register legally in Council in UK and leave UK with my wife, my concern is application form to apply for marriage visa:-
1) shell i mentioned that i already married and attached the UK Islamic center marriage certificate ?
2) i was divorced, shell i mentioned my x wife + child name or i mentioned my current wife and mention xwife in comments column?

Your Islamic marriage in UK is not recongnized by UK. Marriage visa can only be issued outside UK.
