Got approved, but the approval letter hasn't received

Hi,

I finally knew the decision of my HSMP application over the phone. Happily the result is positive. They said the document has been sent to me on April 26, but 6 weeks passed, I never receive a thing. I think my document is most likly missing.

Any suggestion to get the approval letter earlier instead of waitting up to 12 weeks to claim the missing document to HO? I hope to apply for EC soon.
