rite my situation is this

can i marry my girfriend shes on a 6 month visitors visa from trinidad

she as 2 weeks left before it expires. are we allowed to marry at local register office?

what do i need to do. what does she need to do

and also can i marry her if she becomes an overstayer? is it allowed

if im british born in the uk.
