New settlement forms for dependants stop them from claiming income support

Nothing new, Income Support was always unclaimable by people who had "No recourse to Public Funds" condition of stay. What they added is just a formal sponsor's undertaking which in any case should have been taken at the Entry Clearance stage.

No this is for person's applying for there dependants for ILR. There dependants cannot claim income support.
