Thanks for reading.

I'll be getting married soon to my fiance who isn't an EEA national.

I want to claim Working Tax Credit as I think I am entitled to it but I am not sure if it's a benefit and if it will affect my fiance's app when he applies to ukba for resisdence card as a partner of an EEA national.
