Hi Mods,

I am currently on a Tier 2 (ICT) visa in UK. Is is possible for my wife (dependant) to register a company within UK and work as a director of that company?

Your wife has the right to work, either employed or self-employed, so there is nothing stopping her incorporating a limited company and being a shareholder and director of that company.
