Booking PEO appointment

Hi all
I am trying to book an appointment at PEO to extend my Tier 1 General visa through telephone. They say appointment for this type of application cannot be done through and can only be done online. Is it so?
While trying to book appointment through online, I need to select the application type. Which one to select from the following?
EEA 1(FMOP)
FLR(BID)
FLR(IED)
FLR(M)
FLR(O)
NTL
PBS T2
PBS T4
PEO Tier1/5 Biometric Desk - Online
