Cost for Tier 1 General in person

I am planning to get Tier1 stamped in person for my husband as main applicant and me as dependent.

Can anyone please tell my how much does it cost to get Tier1 stamped in person for us?
What is the process for Biometrics permit?
Do they charge extra for Biometrics as well?

There's a charge if you get biometrics done at a post-office. At PEOs (in-person), there's no (extra) cost.
