Applying for UK Tier1 general dependent from USA

My husband is in UK and iam US.I need apply for Tier1 Dependent. Iam in east cost boston. Could you please let me know if i could apply for VISA by walking to a VFS office in Boston or East coast. Or is applying thru online is the only option available?

As per information posted on WorlBridge website (loca VAC), applicants from US must apply online.

I go the below info from world bridge services

If you are in the US on any visa other than a "visitor visa" (e.g. - H1B, L1, green card, etc.) you may apply from US itself.
