Tier 1 Dependant Processing time @ Dusseldorf Germany

Hi,

Please let me know your experience on processing time for Tier 1 dependant visa at Dusseldorf, Germany.

I am applying on 8th of March, but need to move to the UK on 2nd April, is this timeframe safe enough?
