Appeal Hearing

Post by generaltier1 » Wed Mar 02, 2011 5:57 pm

Hi All,

I applied for Tier 1 from PSW in October but got refused due to qualification (PGD).

My hearing date is March 14, 2011. Is it mandatory for me to attend the hearing at court or is it sufficient if my solicitor represents me?

It is difficult for me to attend the hearing on 14th as I am working on that date and have some really important meetings lined up.

Appreciate a wise advise.

Thanks

It is not mandatory for you to attend your hearing.

But I must say that You should attend your hearing as it is most important than any other thing.
