Hi Guys.

I'm on a PSW in UK and looking forward to switch to TIER2 soon. However my fiance lives in Norway. We're looking forward to get married in August. She want to come to UK and live with me. My question is Norway being a NON EU country can she get a PR in UK ? If yes then can i get my PR as well ? I know she can work in UK without a permit and I want to know how that would affect me ?

No, see Applying under European law, in particular the ECIS.
