Hi,
I am a 30 yr old IT employee working in London. I've applied INF2 (Family visit) visa for 6months for my mother on 30 April, 2010. After a month's processing it got rejected.
Me and my spouse have a collective monthly income of over 6K.
I have enclosed the following documents with the application,
my pay slips for last six months
my bank accounts of last six months
my savings account details
my spouse's company account details
My spouse's bank account details
Our house title transfer doc.
Utility bills issued on both our names
The decisoon for refusal says "I recognise taht family vsiits are imp. However, under UK immigration rules, you must show that you qualify for a visa by explaining your circumstances and plans you have for your visit. I must assess the info you have provided about yourself separately from your sponsor's part of your application.
You state that you are married and supported by your husband and son. You have not provided any evidence of thier employment or income in India. Infact, you ahve not given any eveidence of your personal and financial circumstances. I must look at all your circumstances when I assess your application for a visit visa. Without the evidence we asked for, I am not satisfied that you plan to leave UK at the end of your visit or that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor for a period not exceeding 6 months.
I therefore have refused your application.......... "
If I submit my brother's payslips and my fathers property details do you think I can win the appeal? Please advice me.
