Help regarding Tier1 (general) application form

Dear all,
I am new to this Forum although i have been following this forum for quite a while now, actually i am applying for Tier 1 ( general) next week and I need some help regrading filling up one the question under Tier 1 (general) section D. Immigration History D5"Are either the applicant's current and/ or any one of his/her previous passport (s) or travel document (s) that he/ she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/ her current leave unavailable"?
Yes - go to question D6 No - go to question D11

in regards the question above what I am suppose to say "Yes" or "No". could you anyone please provide some help as i am totally confused. Thanks in advance

If you have your passport with you say "No". If your passport is lost or unavailable yes "Yes" and then explain why you don't have your passport with you.
