Cost of Discretionary Leave Renewal

I found out that the form for the renewal of Discretionary Leave is different from other forms, meaning at the beginning of the page, it has no payment method information.
Do we presume this is FREE?

What of in case, where the DL applicant was not a failed Asylum Seeker?

I read somewhere in this forum, that the DL renewal application was return as invalid because payment is not enclosed with the application.

Any Successful DL renewal applicant in the forum, Did you paid for it?

if you have not previously claimed asylum then rather than complete form HPDL you should complete form FLR(O) and pay the required fee in order to extend your discretionary leave.
