what should i do?

Hello All,

I hope you all are ok. i am in a disseprate satuation. if someone can plz help me out. What should i do? i Submitted my dissertation in january this year and resulted as failed. the next submission date is 22nd April and unluckly my visa is also expiring on the same date.
In this satuation can any one advice me what should i do?
Make an extention application on the same course?
take another course for extention?
go back to my country and then apply for Psw as the next result will be end of may.

You should ensure that you do not overstay your visa. Since applying for extension will require a CAS letter, I think you should discuss with your school to find out whether they are ready to issue you with a CAS for a period of time while you will be waiting for your result. The reason of the extension could be to write your dissertation/thesis. Some colleges can even write a letter to explain your situation.

Any application made after the end of the course is likely to be refused. So applying for a new course could be an option if you could show the progress made in the current course, which may be difficult.

i tried to talk to my college regarding extention of my visa. its seems that they are not willing to issue me a cas latter.
in this satuation what you think should i do.
can i take another course in april while waiting for the result. and apply for the extention on the basis of new course.
or should i leave the country and apply for psw after complition of my current course.
also i heart from someone that i cant apply from outside the UK for psw as i am a distance learning student of the uni through my College.

i am very depressed and need a good advice.

Why won't they issue you a Cas?

Because the last date of submission of my dissertation is 22nd april and my visa also expires on 22nd april. so they said you have time to submit it on time and result can also be announce without my presence in the UK.

That sounds correct . Just cause the last date is 22 april does not mean you can not submit before and return home and if you pass apply from home . If the course is genuine and meets the PSW Guidelines should be no  problem
