Hi Everyone,



I would like to know whether New Delhi,Gurdware Marriage Certificate is acceptable as an "EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP" for applying Tier 1 Dependant Visa at New Delhi British High Commission or they want the Indian Law-registered Certificate of Marriage?

As I only have "Gurdware Marriage Certificate" when I got married ; we could not able to get time to get our marriage registered in Law.

Can you please advice me on it as promptly as you can - as I am planning to make my wife fly today to India to get her Visa converted to Tier 1 Dependant Visa.

Indian Law-registered Certificate of Marriage is needed.

Marriage Certificate and Registration
