Certificate of Marriage Approval How LONG? (CIVIL PARTNERSHI

Ok, I will try to keep this simple and short.

Me and my partner have applied for Certificate of approval for marriage. (CIVIL PARTNERSHIP BASIS)
This was done through our representative on the 08/03/2011.

I however need to fly out on the 17/04/2011, is my passport likely to arrive before that time? I have told this to my representative and he said yes it shall. We can also request it back from the home office within that time. However looking at reviews on line now seems like Home Office can really delay returning documents. I am happy to wait for the COA Process as I was told it may take upto 12 weeks.

Though I URGENTLY need to fly out on the 17/04/2011. Can some one please tell me if my passport is likely to come back by then?

Also how long does the Civil Partnership COA process take??

Your passport is likely to be returned before the date in question only if a decision is made on your application in time before that said date or if you request (in time) for return of your documents.

Similar time line as other cases (marriage).

Can anyone tell you if your CoA application will be approved before the date in question? No.
