Is that possible to apply P.S.W visa using fixed deposit as maintenance funds. please reply ..

cash funds only......

as far as im aware.

unless they have changed rules in last 8 months or so

well it makes sense... afterall fixed deposits is not same as cash funds

and UKBA wants you to show cash funds as per their guidance

so are you planning to apply with fixed deposits ?
