Made a mistake in filling up PSW form

Hello,
I have applied for my PSW on 21st feb, 2011 and got an acknowledgement letter dated 22 feb, received biometrics invitation by letter dated 25th feb and gave biometric details by 8th of march.

Recently while going through the photocopies of the application form i found out that i have made a mistake in Section D of the form

Q-D25 asks for any other application which has been pending with UKBA
to which my answer was no (Go to Q-D29, which i didnt notice), i havent attended Q- D26 ... in in Q D27 my answer was YES and in Q- D28 it was NO.....

I am quite worried about the error which has occurred due to my negligence, could anybody help me out with possible outcome or wat to do.... PLZ ASAP
