i already send all teh decuments needed with teh appeal two mounth ago and the appeal hearing in 20 days so should i bringe the orginals documeents which i sent it with appeal and wht i should doGreenie wrote:You need to take copies of any documents you wish to rely on in your appeal. 5 days before the hearing you need to submit a bundle of evidence as directed by the tribunal.
The notice of hearing should include directions to you (the appellant) and the Home Office (the respondent). This will tell you what documents you need to submit to the Tribunal before the hearing and what documents the Home Office needs to submit.
You need to prepare a bundle of all of the documents you wish to rely on in the hearing. The UKBA should also file a bundle including a copy of your application and the documents you submitted along with the reasns for refusal.
However in case they don't you should also be prepared to file these documents with the tribunal along with any new evidence you have to show that you meet the requirements of the EEA regulations, and copies of any correspondence between you and the UKBA.
You should also file a witness statement outlining your circumstances and your response to the reasons for refusal letter as well as a short staetment from your wife. Your wife should also attend the hearing with you as the judge/home office presenting office may want to ask her questions about your relationship and about her exercising her treaty rights.

if you are having an oral hearing I assume they just mean that you can only rely on the documents that you have already submitted to them however you should still take the originals as the judge may ask to see them.
Any evidence you submit to the Tribunal before hearing (at least 5 days before) would be looked by the judge. New evidence that would not be allow is fresh evidence that was not included in your bundle send to Tribunal.mohamed82 wrote:

If you have new evidence after the refusal date which you think is highly relevant to the refusal decision, which has bearing on the case then you should submit those before the hearing.
i will be with my own and my wife without soliciter is it ok?
do u know my case ?
Perhaps some expert could elaborate more on this new evidence.
At the hearing, be calm, speak slowly and clearly.
All the best.
Cheers
