can i apply for psw while T4 application in appeal tribunal

Hi guys
can any senior member help me, actually i had been refused previously for psw in 2009 because diploma awarding body was cambridge college of learning. then i apply for tier 4 visa for 18 month degree course at another university (teaching campus was college )for masters degree and successfully been granted visa , because of some reasons later i have to extend the length of my course from 18 months to 24 months but the visa was according to 18 month course duration ,my course supposed to end in december 2010 but visa was ending in nov.2010 so i applied for t4 extension again in nov.2010 just receieved refusal stating that i had used deception in my previous application when i applied for psw in 2009 giving me right of appeal. my question is if if i appeal the decision , can i send another application of psw as i can qualify for psw criteria but my leave has been expired and they might refuse me on my previous grounds. as far as i have read in some forum if one decision is over turn by another immigration officer , a new immigration officer can not go back and challenge the decision made by previous officer.

r u sure i can not apply and my other question is if during the appeal process i leave the country and go back to my home country , can i request them to continue the process and send me decision back home.

You can't make another application whilst you have a pending appeal.

If you leave the UK your application will be treated as abandoned.
