Bank Statement and Acca course with dependants.

Post by shahbazali » Sun Mar 13, 2011 6:23 am

Hi all
I have 2 Questions Pl tell me about them.

1- after keeping sufficient funds in the bank for more than 30 days Can we take the money out during the visa process. Have you seen any case refused due to this reason that at the time of verification money was not in the bank. but it was kept in the bank for the duration that UKBA has required.

2- A Student having Matric Degree gets admission in ACCA, Can He also apply for his dependants with ACCA Course?

thanks

1.) Funds only required for 28 days and ending date or bank statement must be within one-month of visa application. It is not required by law that you have funds in you bank account during the processing of visa application at BHC.

2.) All applicants who are eligible to apply Tier 4 visa can apply with dependents at the moment. This rule is going to be change soon.

My advice is for guidance only, if you want the law then consult a lawyer!**********************************************************

You can take the funds out but if it is possible to keep them there this is a good idea in case your application is refused for another reason. If the funds are still there you will be able to apply again straight away, if they are not then you will have to wait another 28 days.

Dependents can join you if your course is longer than 6 months.
