The above link can read that Zambrano case, which has not yet been decided by the ECJ also already has an important meaning for the FS-cases here in the UK where a third wife of a Dane or another EU citizen stands for deportation.

It is possible through a lawyer to ask the Danish authorities to let Zambrano, the absence of a decision be suspended on a bug. expulsion, as there is a ruling by the ECJ that no Member State may decide in cases that could have a different outcome after the verdict in a case pending before the ECJ

But the Zambrano case has been decided just last week. By 'third wife' I suppose you actually mean a spouse being a third-country national.

Yes the case has been decided on the 8th of March and MR Zambrano won the case, we are still awaiting response from UK authority.
