How soon can we apply for family visitor Visa again

Hi,

I am in UK on Tier 1 Visa. My mom was here on Family visitor visa from sept to Feb, i.e. 5 months. No I am planning to apply for her Visa again, because we have a small baby now, and she would like to spend some time with the baby. My father is in Government job.

If I give the visit reason as.. "To spend few weeks with my daughter's new born"

What are the chances that she will get VISA. Please advice. Suggestions are welcome please.
