Information Regarding Invitation

I am on stamp 4 Eufam. My question is can i invite any of my family members to come visit me here in Ireland? What kind of document do i need.

This is the list from INIS website regarding documentation for visitors visa...

For visitor's visa from visa required non-EU countries, visa councillor are mostly looking for evidence that the applicant is able to support themselves and have strong ties in their home country where they will return so statements and payslips/job/college letters i think are a must + a letter from sponsor.
