Legal action against your sponsor and legal action against an individual at workplace are two different matters.

If you believe your are being harassed by an individual at a workplace in a manner that is against the law, the first place to contact / make a complaint is the HR department. If matters remain unresolved even then, you may consult a legal professional or ACAS helpline for advice on further course of action.

Unless your employer terminates your sponsorship, there is no affect on your leave to enter / remain (i.e. - visa).
