I got my first work permit on May 2006, but quit the job on the Nov 2006. Then I applied for the HSMP and got the HSMP VISA on Feb 2007, continual work since then.
My problems I think are:
1. There is about 2 months gap between WP and HSMP visa;
2. I worked 1 week early then I actually got the HSMP VISA approved (I think I got the approval letter before I start the work but can't find the letter any more!).
So in my 2006-2007 P60, it clearly stamp the date I quit my first job and the date I start the new job.......
How can I apply for the ILR? I'm so worried about it!
Please advise.
