I have got visa under tier-4(general). But my dependent didnt.

I will apply for her once again. So if i want to move to UK to catch the Class on right time and leave my daughter (7 years) to wait for her visa.

and once if she gets visa, If anyone i know wants to bring her to me what steps I need to take.

Should I need a consent letter signed by me and the traveler?

one more thing the traveler is not any immediate relative but well known person to me.

what I need to do? please advice.

Hello Concern,

Please let me know, if my dependent (8 years age) joining later after I leave for uk?!! is there any formality to bring her with any other adult?

AS I will must have to leave for UK before she gets visa. and afterward she will travel with one of my cousin. so for that what I should do to avoid any predicament in the airport immigration?!!

is there need any consent letter for with her from parent??

please advice?!!

you will not be able to take yr daughter till you can show sole responsibility

Yes I understand !!

that I am working for her visa. as well i have already got her sole custody!

My query was only if she gets visa.... then when she will head for travel to UK, I do not want to come back to my country and take her...

so one of my cousin is traveling to UK and if my child acompany with them, how i can proceed?!!

is there need any document need while she will be traveling by Air without me (parent) but with somebody else?!!
