Transition of Tier 1 (General) dependant to Tier 1 (PSW)

Post by Ukvisaquery » Mon Mar 21, 2011 8:51 pm

Hi, I am an Indian female currently studying post graduation on tier 1 dependant visa. I am soon to be divorced and hence wanted to know if I can apply for the tier 1 PSW as others on tier 4?

Also, what is the duration of the PSW now?

Thanks.

Have you ever been on Tier 1 (PSW) before .... or ever granted leave under its predecessor schemes (e.g. - IGS)?

If not, then:
1. Yes, you may apply.
2. Same as before - 2 years.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
