Leave to remain under human right

Post by ali77 » Tue Mar 22, 2011 7:17 pm

hi i would like to ask & know about that i have entered in uk since on 3rd October 2004 as an international student, i was granted for 36 months thereafter i am living in the uk as granted leave to remain upto 30th June 2009. and my last extension as further leave to remain as a tier 4 general student refused because the ukba attempt to verify the genuine nature of the visa letter with London institute of technical education via e-mail on 8th July 2010. on 19th July 2010 response was received that the visa letter provided & the information contained within it has not been confirmed as a genuine. on 04th of august 2010 i received home office refusal letter. after that 07th of September 2010 i applied for leave to remain under human right. and i am still waiting for my answer. I live with my EU partner and new born baby last 1 year and one month.
i applied coa on April 2010 and i got my coa on 23rd February 2011.
my question is that should i register my marriage or i am waiting for my answer for leave to remain.
how long it will take process my leave to remain under human right application ?

Hi i just saw your message and thought i must reply to you.I have exactly the same problem with that exact college. They did the same to me in 2009.I am now married and have a baby on way and we are having to go to the tribunal appeal in 3 weeks time. They refused me leave to remain due to deception.I am trying to take legal action aganst this college as i have all my enrolment documents and proof of payment.I cant believe i have seen another person ripped off by this college. If you look at my post you will see i am in exactly the same situation as you.Have you head back regarding your leave to remain application?
