Hello!

I have been reading through various posts on the forum and seen quite few mentions of the BRP card...

I submitted my biometrics a couple of years ago, when applying for extension to my student visa in Moscow.
However, was not issued a card.

Is that a new procedure that you get a card when applying for a new visa?
Also, when applied for my PSW, there was no requirement (not mention) of giving my biometrics...

Please advise? Am I missing something or is the card only available for certain nationalities?

You'll be issued one only if you applied on/after 14-Dec-10.
