Benefit and ILR

Hello,I got married to my wife in 2009 and we had one baby boy in 2009 and we are also expecting in 2011,She was on JSA but due to her pregnant and she had to switch to Income support and she also getting Child tax on out both names and she getting housing and council tax benefit and am due to apply for my ILR in November 2011 as my present immigration status is on SPOUSE VISA and i will love to know if all that benefit will have any effect on my ILR application in NOVEMBER and am presently not work as i was working with an agency and the job is quiet for now and my wife is also not working...Please get back to me asap as i need to know if its does and i will love to know what is the nest step to take if its does...Thanks

I am in the same situation in Ireland, and as far as I know you will have to be working or able to financially support yourself without public funds to get the ILR . dont take risk my friend and start looking harder for a job
