Further explain WHV

Hi, im new here and stumbled on this. I have been having a terrible time trying to figure out which visa to apply for. I was going to try to get an international transfer in my job, but I hate it but was willing to try it just to be able to move and live in UK. Could anyone please tell me more about the WHV or direct me to a website. Anything is appreciated. Thanx :D
