pst study work(applied in person), plz help

I applied for PSW visa in PEO of Sheffield on 10th of march2011. on that they said i'll be sent papers via special post. but till 2day I haven't got anything. it's now 15 days.
plz help me with advice.

did they gave you any proof that your docs are with.. any reference number or letter.

if yes call HO and ask the update.

They only gave me a payment receipt with ref. no.
I rang on a no (08706067766)for inquary and told they don't give any information before 14 weeks.
