Hi there,

I got my T2 ICT visa before April 6 2011 however I would be traveling somewhere in May i.e. after the new rules are in place.

Would I be still eligible to switch to T2-General,does the port of entry date matters here or the date when visa is received.

Existing Tier 2 (ICT) migrants will not be able to switch to Tier 2 (General) from 06-Apr-11 (245HD(b)).
