What is the visa status of both applicants. If you are on old work permit then there is no requirement for dependants to be living with you for 2 years.darksun wrote:Hi,
I have a quick question about dependant. I will be ready to apply mid April for ILR. My wife and I got married last year September. So she hasn't been living with me for 2 years. She can apply with me but only on FLR (M)? and she doesn't need to pass life in uk test or anything at this stage, right?
Thanks for your help...
