Can I use PSW to attend my upcoming graduation?

Post by xpentor » Sun Mar 27, 2011 1:00 pm

I received my PSW in January this year, and I was still actively looking for a job until recently my health is deteriorating. I have to go back to my country to undergo a surgery and treatment. I won't be coming back to UK anymore to look for a job here due to my condition, but I would definitely come back to attend my graduation. Thus, I need to know whether or not I can use my PSW for re-entry specifically to attend my master graduation?

If yes what sort of prove do i need to show to the immigration officer?

Thanks everyone

Nothing much... should be able to enter without problem. AFAIK, with PSW you aren't going to be asked anything, unless it's very close to expiring.

Even if you say you are looking for job or not, how can they know? Shouldn't be a problem.
