Family Visa Form Question

Hi,

My spouse and I are planning to visit a family get together in UK. Her Uncle (directly related) is the sponser of her Visa so she is applying under Family category. I being her spouse, should I be applying in the family visa too or should I use the general Visa form?

Please help.
