Hello house,
i av a visa of PSW Partner that will expire on 10th of March,2012 and my husband just switched from PSW category to tier 1 general.Am presently out of uk and intended to travel to uk soonest.
Will my visa still be valid for travelling to uk,as am planning to also switch to tier 1 general immediately i enter uk .

Apply for entry clearance as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant. Since your spouse is no longer a Tier 1 (PSW) migrant, your Tier 1 (PSW) dependant leave is no longer valid.

You can be denied entry under 321A(1).
