URGENT HELP!!! LEGACY CASE.

i came in uk 2003. seek asylum and i was given dlr until feb 2005. on jan 2005 my lawyer wrote to the home office and my case has been on pending since then. in oct last year ukba asked for my photos under legacy and i posted to them. in nov 2010 my home office ref disappeared as 'no results found for the the ref number...pls check that the number is correct'. and i never heard anything from them. when they ask for photos i posted my fiances photos as well as my dependant coz we r on a relationship and am expecting a baby in 3 weeks. my quiz is, do u think adding my fiance as a dependant can make the ukba refuse my legacy? am confused. pls advice. i cant sleep.
