Bank statement

Hi, I m writing abt serious query,i believe that i will get help from this forum from all of my friend,coz this forum is very helpful.
My friend going to apply for tier 1 general by this 6th of april.he got all necessery document with him.but a day ago he accedently lost his 12 month bank statement where it is required.he got all payslips. this is his part time job related bank statement. he left somewhere the file which contain those statement.he could not find. at this moment he orderd all old 12 month statement today at urgent.and he paid 5 pound for this service. can any one tell me plz how long does it take to reach,mention it is halifax bank.what can he do at this moment coz time is very short.
if any one could suggest that will be very very helpful.

I would suggest to print online statements, take it to the branch and ask them to sign and stamp every page.

From Sec2:23 (page 25) of tier 1 General guidance
If the applicant wishes to submit electronic bank statements from an online account he/ she should also provide a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic. Alternatively an electronic bank statement bearing the official stamp of the bank issuing the statements will be accepted. This stamp must appear on every page of the statement.
