Help needed

I have tried to find the nswer to this question on the internet but have had no luck so far. I can't believe that there are not others in this same situation.

I live in Surrey, BC with my 3 kids and am in the middle of a divorce. I do seasonal work and am currently goign to school. My boyfriend lives and works in Bellingham and is also in the middle of a divorce (no kids). Currently we travel back and forth across the border to spend time with each other. So far this has not been a problem for us (other than the inconvenience of border travel). My boyfriend would like to be able to immigrate to Canada and continue to work at his job in the US. Is this possible? If so how would he go about it? (when he moves up here we would still be living seperately) Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation?

You have posted this same question at a different posting on this page. The answers to your question are there. Please read the answers carefully before re-posting.

It is people like you who clog the board with multiple posting. As the moderator suggested, check the link on CIC's website. If you are too lazy to do that then call CIC yourself or find an immigration lawyer.

Wow....I have checked the immigration website and the answer is far frm clear.

As for posting on another thread yes i did....and our situations are different so the answer there wasn't clear.

I apologise for wasting space on your board. I wont make that mistake agian!
