duration to return passport after appeal has been won

Hi all,i won an appeal in feb 2011 but i am yet to receive my passport back its 2 months now that i won the appeal,i called the Ho and was told it does not have a time frame to get documents back that its another department that deals with appeal,i will really appreciate ur opinions

its really strange frm them
i also won an appeal last week but i dont know what th enext steps
i had the letter frm the first trubnal 15 days ago but i dont know what to do

Do you know which caseworking team made the original decision?

my passport is with me i didnt send it yet to home office
i just won the appeal nd i dont know what to do .....

it was an eea spouse appeal and the appeal was done in wales
