Help with my Tier 1 General Visa

Post by Shakhan » Sat Apr 02, 2011 1:20 am

Hi all.

I applied for Tier 1 general visa July 2010 and after that i am still waiting for any decision from HO. I call HO so many times and every time they just told me to wait. I went to a lawyer and discuss my case with him and then he send them a letter to ask about my case progress. Still nothing happen after that. Now I receive a letter from HO (Removals Case Work Team) to come for interview and to discuss my case with them. I complete my master from here (London) and work full time and my previous visa was PSW (Post Study Work). Now i don't know what to do I am going to attend the interview.

Is this happen to anyone of you can you please help? I am worrying about interview that what will they ask or anything.

please help!!!

If your application is genuine then you don't have to worry about the interview. If you have used deception or got your psw by studying at one of the bogus colleges then they thats a differnt story.

HO doesn't take that long to consider an application. So what did you do exactly?

Hi,

Were you working just in a job or a mixture of job and self employment?. Please shed more light with your case, so we could understand properly.

full time job and self employment (business) is well. I seriously don't know whats going on with my case. Now HO told me that we send you a letter through recorded delivery (Date didn't mentioned) and it was send back to us (HO). I been living on my address from long time and there's nothing happen like this that my letter were sent back. sometime it happen that i am not at home then post man leave a card and after I received it from the royal mail depot.

Now i ask HO that if possible they can tell me what was that letter about. Was it refusal or something else? They didn't replay to me and they simply send me the letter from Sector 2 Refusal Center that I had appointment there to discuss my case with them.

I don't know whats going on with my case. 8 months wait is too long and now this letter?

Please help if this happens to anyone.

Many thanks
