i recently got my pr after applying for retention of rights following the divorce with my ex. i divorced in may 2010 and remarried in February 2011 in my home country. at the moment my wife is in my home country. my question is this: do i have to put her name on my application for naturalisation despite the fact that she is not yet in uk

If you are married then you have to mention that and have to give details of your spouse. It does not matter where you got married or where your spouse is living.
