Min salary rate, PSW

I am a PSW holder and worked for the same employer for the last 6 months at 20K. I checked that min rate for my post must be above 26K.

Does my salary have to be 26K before or after I apply?
Do I have to be on 26K salary for 6 months before I apply or shall I apply if i transition from 20K to 26K?

Is this job to be advertised even if I hold PSW and have been with this company for 6 months?

its future expected earnings, so your COS must states that you will be earning 26k

no, it doesnt matter how much you are earning currently.

no need for it if you are working for more than 6 months on psw
