Helloooo,

My sister have bought a ticket to Hungary from Indonesia, transit via London. She is Indonesian but she is studying in Hungary. She uses British Air... She will arrive in London Heathrow at 05.00 and will continue her journey to Hungary at 09.00 in the same day from London Gatwick.

The question is, Does she need to apply for visa? Since she will just be in the UK only for transit...

Please answer it if you know about this thing. I would really appreciate it.

If she stays in the transit area, that is does not pass through UK Border to step onto UK soil, she does not need a transit visa.

well, she has to move from Heathrow to Gatwick... which means she has to enter the UK for a while...
